Shipping & returns

Pieces are poured in small batches. In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.

If something you've ordered needs to be made, we'll email you with a date before we begin.

Delivery times and rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen service.

You'll receive tracking as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every piece travels wrapped in tissue and cushioned in a rigid box. Orders are gift-ready as standard, with a blank card included.

Add a note at checkout and we'll leave the invoice out of the parcel.

Stone-look pieces are sturdy, but accidents happen in transit. Email us within 7 days with a photograph of the piece and the packaging and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

Unused pieces in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.

Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom and personalised commissions cannot be returned, as they're made for you alone.
